Prayer for puting the Armour of God

This prayer is a bold declaration if you are praying for yourself. It can be used in every day prayer time or if you are like me a programme of prayer for a special period. You can also pray for your ones or interces for bothers/sisters, friends in need.

You can use this, also, with the prayer from Ephesians 6, just changing the last part after prayer with this one.

Declaration prayer from Ephesians 6:12-18

“Therefore i’m/________ puting on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, i/____ may be able to stand my/_____ ground, and after i/_____ have done everything, to stand.

I/______ stand firm now, with the belt of truth buckled around my/_____ waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place,  and with my/____ feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.

In addition to all this, i/_____ take the shield of faith, with which i/_____ extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.

I/______ take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

I’m/______ praying in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, i’m/_____ alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.”

Amen
